ABC Sales & Services was developed in 1964, and  is dedicated to providing absolute quality assurance to our Sales and Service Customers. Our vision is to provide the highest customer service and the best cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfectant services in the US Virgin Islands. Our CIMS Certified procedures and inspections offer our customers a true picture of the service we provide. Our customers are why we are in business, and quality assurance is how we continue to satisfy and grow our customer base.

By implementing a defined CIMS Management process in 2013, we began to truly define our commitment to the people of the US and British Virgin Islands.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Stewardship:

Our commitment to the health and safety of our employees and yours is facilitated in our compliance with all OSHA standards. In addition, our staff is equipped with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Employee Safety cards as part of their uniform. All chemicals used by us in your facility are documented with the corresponding SDS. Chemical spills, bodily fluid spills, and sharps removal procedures are depicted on the employee safety cards for quick reference in an emergency.

Our Environmental Policy ensures our practices and procedures are Eco-friendly and protect the environment to the greatest extent possible.

Service Delivery:

We have defined our methodology for determining our work loading processes. Our staffing procedures increase our efficiency, while at the same time allowing expected growth and availability of our emergency services.

We have developed ABC-GB which is a completely sustainable facility management program that can offer your facility the honor of going green.

We utilize a microfiber dusting and mopping system that allows the removal of much more dirt and debris from your facility.

We have reduced our chemical footprint on the environment by the usage of the Clean on the Go system which uses less sustainable chemicals.

Quality Assurance Plan (QAP):

Our inspections are done on a regular basis on hand held tablets. The results are recorded on a sophisticated computer program that allows each area of the scope of work to be inspected and pictures to be uploaded. Our quality assurance computer program replaced paper and pencil inspections which are not easily quantified. We are able to give to you usable tracking data that can answer any questions you may have. This program also offers the ability for you to interact with us.

We offer a quarterly survey which allows you to take a moment and really assess how you feel about the services we provide to you. When you fill out our surveys you give us the opportunity to improve not only our service to you, but our staff training and our management directives.

We offer copies of our QAP and our Communication Plan to our customers so that you can take full advantage of the services we offer you.

Our management team is cohesive and meets on a regular basis to continue our improvement measures. Our Supervisors and Managers undergo a continual training process which enhances our ability to train and empower our staff and improve our services.
